Delivery
At Altura, every order is handled with care to ensure your timepiece arrives safely and promptly.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is prepared, it will be dispatched from our fulfillment partner.
Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
Domestic Shipping: 3–5 business days
International Shipping: 5–10 business days
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
International Orders
For international deliveries, local customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If for any reason the watch does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Return Window
Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The watch must be unused and unworn
It must be returned in its original packaging
All protective films, tags, and accessories must remain intact
Proof of purchase is required
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
